Questions about this
Why are the windows wet on the inside in winter?
Moisture from cooking, showers and breathing with nowhere to go. A tight house needs exhaust fans that actually vent outside and, often, a way of bringing fresh air in on purpose.
What does an energy-recovery ventilator do?
It brings fresh air in and pushes stale air out while passing the heat, and some of the moisture, from one stream to the other, so the house is ventilated without losing what it paid to condition.
