SMS / Text Messaging Policy

Effective: April 27, 2026 TaylorMade Temperature ("we," "us," "our") operates this SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about pest control services. This policy explains how the program works, what messages you'll receive, and how to opt out. How you give consent You agree to receive SMS messages from TaylorMade Temperature when you: * Submit a contact, quote, or appointment form on taylormade-temperature.pestflowpro.com that includes a phone number; * Verbally request SMS communication during a phone call with our office; or * Provide your phone number on a written service agreement or in person to a technician. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any service. Consent is tied to the specific phone number you provide; if your number changes, please notify us so we can update or remove our records. What messages you'll receive Once you opt in, you may receive any of the following: * Appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule requests * Technician en-route notifications and arrival windows * Service completion summaries and follow-up checks * Quote responses and lead follow-up * Account, billing, and payment-related notifications * Occasional promotional offers, seasonal service reminders, and pest alerts We do not send SMS messages on behalf of any third party. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with any outside marketers. Message frequency Frequency varies based on your service relationship. Most customers receive fewer than six messages per month. Customers with active or recurring service appointments may receive more messages during the week of a scheduled visit. Message and data rates Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. TaylorMade Temperature does not charge for SMS messages; any cost depends on your wireless plan. Opting out — STOP You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive further SMS messages from the program. To rejoin, reply START or UNSTOP to the same number, or contact us directly to be re-added. We may share phone numbers with the following categories of service providers strictly to deliver SMS messages on our behalf: * Our SMS messaging platform provider * Our customer relationship management (CRM) software These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf. Carrier disclaimer Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to subscribe to this SMS program. Changes to this policy We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
